What night during the week of June 20 - 23 except Tuesday would work for the orientation of new volunteers new to the project? Paula, can you contact the new folks who were at our last planning meeting about volunteering as well? We can finalize last plans and figure out logistics of deliveries of tents, materials, flags, signs, etc.
