[UrbanCropCircle] raspberry plants

I need to dig up many new raspberry plants over the next couple
weeks. My experience in the past with transplanting raspberries mid-
season is about 70% survival rate (I have usually put them in pots and
it's often been weeks before they've found a new home in the
ground.) Contributions would be graciously accepted, but I hate to
see them go in the yard waste so if you will grow them and eat the
raspberries they produce you are welcome to them. The name of the
variety has been lost in time, but they are amazingly prolific and
good tasting red raspberries. My 20 ft. row produces a year's
abundant supply. I have been growing them organically for close to 20
years.
E-mail me and we can arrange a time for you to come over and we'll dig
some up and by this time next year you will have a raspberry crop
ripening.
I now have 2 rows growing and expect to have more than I can harvest
so I would also like to offer u-pick harvesting by appt. during the
peak season in July. (I also hate not to harvest every single good
berry and will not be able to keep up with picking this year.) I live
in the Northgate/Lake City area. They look like they're still a
couple of weeks away so if you want to come pick berries in July, get
in touch.
Thanks,
Edith Kusnic
