Jenny H. is our banker at the moment. Deposit the cash to your own account, then write a check for total to Sustainable Ballard & give it to Jenny H. for deposit. Jenny should get all our receipts for expenses. I think we can use the reimbursement form on the SB website if we don't have specific receipts, then Jenny will reimburse us from the EGT proceeds. Cumbersome, but best for documentation purposes.

What we may want to consider is how much TIME we put into this effort, at $15 rate per hour(used in Dept. of Neigh. grants), that might bring what looks like a substantial profit WAY down. I'd guess I worked maybe 50 hours, given meetings, special signage, etc. so say $350, and Paula way more than that, as well as you, Jennifer and Kathryn. However, when you are working for love of the earth, conviviality, and your favorite organization, perhaps it doesn't count.

> hey-lo
> great work everyone! it was a pleasure organizing with you-all.
> we estimate that 150 or more attended (based on ticket sales and estimating # of kids)
>
> so far here is the financial tally:

$
