[UrbanCropCircle] Julia would appreciate a ride *tonight*

Hey folks.... 

0. I got this administrator request but don't have my password  
1. please read Julia's request for a ride *today*.
2. Anyone have objections to opening up the list to posting by non-members.  The *up* side is that these requests don't have to be dealt with, and the list can grow virally.  The only *down* side I see is (possible) SPAM.  I suggest that we open it up and err on the side of "hospitality".
