[UrbanCropCircle] Garden plot rows: North/South versus East/West; and 4', 5', 6' widths

I'm partial to east-west--seems most sun exposure potentially, but I  
don't think there's any science in that opinion.  4-5 feet wide is the  
widest you can reach in easily; I've found 6" widths to be too much.
