Most of you are aware that our topic this month is resources for urban gardening.  Ingela has agreed to MC, and we have guests from City Fruit, Seattle Parks, Tilth and UrbanFarm Coop.

What we don't have yet are folks who can help with the evening chores, to make this run smoothly.  It would be fantastic if Crop Circle members could be on hand, esp. to share stories about your gardens.  There are also some specific tasks, which I will list.  If you can help
with any of these, please let me know.  The details are all listed on the SB website under "event planning" and then, monthly gathering

Early arrival, 6:15 if possible
	Greeters, at sign-in table, make newcomers welcome, name tags, etc.

	Set-up crew, tables & chairs out     food table located

	Potluck help, receiving food, getting coffee and hot water started, moving dishes from kitchen shelves to table

Later in program

	Clean-up help, compost bin, dirty dishes bin

	Dishwashers, must bring CLEAN DISHTOWELS from home

	help with stacking chairs & put away
