[UrbanCropCircle] Conflict with Annual Meeting

Hi All,

I'm afraid that the annual meeting could not be rescheduled to a date that worked with the Urban Crop Circle.  There was talk of incorporating the UCC into the meeting, but since we are seed-ordering it just didn't work.  Sorry for the conflict.
