My compost pile is too far from you, but the City is offering
composting/food waste recycling for apartment buildings (just like they do
for single family buildings). They started with a pilot project and now it's
available. . Ask your building owner/manager to look into it or call
684-7665 (City's apartment recycling #) to inquire about the process, cost,
etc.. You might offer to oversee the container(s) as an incentive to the
owner's agreement. If you need more info, contact me and I'll see if I can
