Hello Fellow Gardeners!

I have my seeds, I have my seed starting mix, I have my shop light (not
yet hung), and I have high hopes for my yet-to-be seedlings. I'm as
nervous as a new Mom.

How are your garden plans? The next get-together of the Urban Crop Circle
is coming up on Monday, March 2nd, 6pm at the Loyal Heights Community
Center (2101 NW 77th St, Seattle 98117).

This months topic is Succession Planting, or how and what to plant in
succession. For example, you can plant peas early, and by the time they
are done carrots can go in their spot. I've tried to figure it out by
myself but just end up with a lot of confusing notes, and so I am excited
to have some help figuring out how to make the most of my small garden.

Here's what will be good to bring for this meeting:

   1. Some paper for preparing a calendar (and perhaps a calendar would
be helpful).

   2. A list of what you would like to grow this year.

   3. A ceramic cup for tea and any snacks you like since we'll be
meeting around dinner time.

Do let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to seeing
everyone there!

PS: All folks who placed seed orders .... your seeds are in, sorted,
divided, placed in envelopes with directions and ready to go home. I'll
have all orders with me at the meeting and if for some reason you can't
make it please contact me to make arrangements for pickup.

Thanks, Rhonda
