Ingela and Rhonda:

I would be happy to help out at the booth on Sunday, Sept 27. I have some time constraints and have no idea what your volunteer schedule looks like. I would have a couple of hours: basically from noon-2pm. 

I will be out of town from Sept 17-26 so I will need to have the necessary information in-hand before I leave town. If there's anything I can do to help between Sept 1-16, let me know. If I'm available I will certainly pitch in. 

I haven't taken any pictures of my garden. Perhaps I will do so and see if anything is worth showing at the UCC booth. One suggestion for display items might be old garden tools that are no longer usable for their intended purpose: perhaps they could be spray painted in bright colors and put out as decorations. I'll see if I can find and e-mail you a photo of what I'm talking about.

Booth Sign-Up

Thanks Paula and Susan for signing up for booth time, it's going to be alot of fun!? I'm keeping a schedule if anyone else could give a 2-hour or 4-hour chunk at the festival September 26 and 27th.

Do you have photos of your gardens or something happy and fun like hats, funny garden t-shirts, odd-shaped vegetables, unusual trellis' or some such for the booth display?? It would be great to make it attention-getting and educational.? And ideas!? Forward your ideas to show folks that gardening is doable.
