NICKELSVILLE - Part of the Permaculture?



Nickelsville's friend Rozz (aka PTery) has pointed out that an environmentally sustainable community - that emphasizes recycling, reusing, composting and sustainability - might not have so much trash needing to be hauled away by enormous monopolistic corporations like Waste Management.



After the last month's trash crisis this sounds better than ever to us.  We are hoping to have a Charette in March to incorporate environmental structures, solar panels, gardens and other sustainable things into the permanent Nickelsville site.

If you want to meet Roz, hear her ideas, and share your own, drop on by the New Years Day Fundraiser at Mr. Spot Chaihouse in Ballard (the exact address is 5463 Leary Ave NW.)
