<pre>Hi Garden Friends:<br><br>It won't be long until we have a working forum and we can stay in touch better <br>between group time! In the meantime, the monthly Get Together is coming up. <br>How is your garden? Bring your questions and know-how, because Julianne Jaz <br>will be leading the group on the topic of Lasagna Gardening, and layering and <br>mulching. If you're not familiar with lasagna gardening (I'm sure I should be<br>inserting a tm there), this is an entirely new way of thinking about gardening<br>and is a serious departure from traditional garden practices that include tilling<br>and such. Layering mimics what Mother Nature does, reduces maintenance and most<br>importantly protects the soil and our soil critter friends.<br><br>We'll have tea and goodies of course!
