Hi Rhonda,<br><br>We went to the Green Festival yesterday and a woman (I never got her name) was giving a general overview of how to plant a successful garden and I specifically remember her saying that peas don't need as much sun as your tomatoes and eggplants.  I believe she said at least 4 hours would be sufficient.  So if your shady sections get that much sun I think you just won dinner!<br>

Hi all,<br><br>I have two places to plant peas, one that is against the house and receives a fair amount of sun, especially in the afternoon.  The other bed close by receives less sun and is a little cooler.  Jim and I have a bet going, and we're going to plant peas in both places.  I think the cooler spot will be better and he thinks they need lots of sun.  Am I right or will I have to buy dinner?<br>
